
OK it's official now. The holiday's have messed up my healthy eating habits + exercise routine + waistline. My cute clothes don't fit any more (damn it!) + this just gotta stop. Seriously! This season is full of so many exciting events + parties + shows + even TV appearances (say what? I'll tell you about that soon, I promise yaaayyy!), so I really can't afford breaking my scale.
So, to say good bye to the bad habits + get serious about my health, I've created this super cute meal planner, because I'm a little too obsessive + intense when it comes to plans + commitments. For some reason when I write it all down, it works + I commit to it.
I'm going on a high protein, low fat diet for 2 weeks. That's my strategy!
