  Terrific tips today, how did you know I was in overload mode??? I bet you already know what one thing I need to focus on-finishing my new product line one item at a time and yes, I need to stop spending so much time researching everything on the Internet.   My one big thing to do today is not fun or exciting, but necessary: clean the house. Because if my house is cluttered, my mind is cluttered and I can't move forward on the FUN stuff.

  I just love you more and more every week-didn't think it was possible! I visit you every Friday & spend time catching up on what I missed over the week-so happy to hear you visit us to catch up too! I I am the one always leaping at the big ideas & planning 1-10 years ahead I have trouble focusing on those little tasks-so I'm working on hiring them out so I can keep doing those big leaps with less time spent on admin. Thank you as always for reminding me that all these ideas are a good thing-provided I can follow through on them.

  Heeyyy! Have you been spying on me?!? Ok, so I have the card/notepad/print designs, now I just gotta put them together. And one thing that's holding me up now is the logo/packaging. (then having to think about pricing) but today I promise to do the darn logo!! Settle on an image and GET IT DONE. Stupid pressure-things are never set in stone. Nor do they have to be prefect. I should tattoo those somewhere on my person. Shared your page, I totally love seeing Friday Video Time in my inbox!!

  Now on some of the things you've mentioned here, I've got plenty to say. The part on investing in yourself is so true. AS we talked about, putting some skin in the game completely changes things. The other thing I've realized is that small ideas add up over time.

  Okay, so, I am focusing on ONE THING today -- a big thing -- to re-write the copy on the site to really represent "my why" . It may change in the future, but I need to write what I truly believe is the "Real Aimee" and not worry about specific future products, or monetization...... just need to focus on that something is broken, clients hire me/come to me with questions....and the specific business model will evolve. Letting go of my perfectionism and marketing degree ("This is how you are supposed to do it" hat) is crucial today.

  Well, but that's all changing bit by bit. I've already started it up, making some necessary contacts and tackling the house clutter problem. Today (or yet, this weekend) is still time to do it. We're finally (after 2 years) giving a proper look to our spare room and unpacking and selecting stuff we still had in boxes. And believe me, this was a big one to tackle!!!

  well i was strugeling with myself over a new product i'm developing and i had this idea of making to diferent thing one for girls and the other for boys. I've decided earlier that i should start by the girl one and i've been working on it, but someone asked me for the boy version so I got stuck here trying to get both done at the same time.
  Now i'll focus on the girly version first as i'm almost over with the pattern and them i'll get to the other. Thank you so much!

  Hi my friend , how r ya ? Great tips. I especially love the part about getting the big stuff out of the way. Especially if they are cumbersome . I always do those first.. because once I get the big ones done ( cumbersome or not), I always feel good and the lil ones seem oh- so easy to tackle later.

I;ve been experimenting a lot lately with my videos + thought the soundtrack music was a special touch + added more feeling to the content.
